  • Volunteer applications — your contact details, skills and availability.
  • Newsletter subscriptions — your email address.
  • Contact messages — your name, email and the content of your message.
  • Technical data — we may derive your approximate country from your IP address to show donation amounts in your local currency, and we use cookies to remember preferences such as your chosen donation currency.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process donations and send you receipts and confirmations.
  • To manage event registrations and send you tickets.
  • To respond to enquiries and volunteer applications.
  • To send our newsletter, only where you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
