Welcome to the website of Protect Your Environment Foundation. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Us

Protect Your Environment Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to environmental protection through education, community empowerment and sustainable projects, based in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

2. Use of the Website

  • You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or misuse forms (for example by submitting false information or automated spam).
  • Content on this site is provided for general information about our mission and activities.

3. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary contributions in support of our mission and are used to fund our programs, projects and operations.
  • Donation amounts may be displayed in your local currency. For accounting purposes all donations are recorded in Central African CFA Francs (XAF) at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms. We do not store your card or mobile-money credentials.
  • If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 14 days at info@pefoundation.org and we will review refund requests in good faith, subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law.

4. Event Registrations

Event tickets are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. We may cancel or reschedule events; where an event you registered for is cancelled we will notify you using the contact details you provided.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this site — text, logos, images and reports — belongs to Protect Your Environment Foundation or its licensors. You may share our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution; any other use requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to external websites (including payment providers and social networks). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protect Your Environment Foundation shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.
